We purchased the building in November of 2013. The building had a social club at the ground floor, a church on the first floor, and (6) residential apartments on floors 2-4. We quickly negotiated buyouts, and signed an agreement with apt. #2E to vacate and return once all the construction was completed, which provided the partners with a vacant building.
